A dynamic powerhouse, Attorney Isioma Nwabuzor (pronounced “E-see-o-muh Wah-boo-zur”) is a corporate attorney by trade, negotiating deals and providing corporate governance as Associate General Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary for an international manufacturing company. A double-alumna of Marquette University, Attorney Nwabuzor earned her Bachelor’s in political science and psychology.

After earning her Juris Doctorate, Attorney Nwabuzor went on to work in various sectors, developing an expertise in transactional matters. With a strong dedication to her profession, Attorney Nwabuzor presently serves as a Board Member for the Sports & Entertainment Law Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin. She is an alumna of the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Leadership Development Summit and a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, the latter of which she also serves as a board member.

Attorney Nwabuzor’s dedication to her career is matched by her dedication to her community. Attorney Nwabuzor is a firm believer in “paying it forward” and focuses her efforts on communities of color, women, and immigrants. She currently serves in various capacities, including as a Board Member for Professional Dimensions, an advisory Board Member for the Legacy Foundation, a fund of the Greater Milwaukee Foundation, and as an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

Attorney Nwabuzor has an array of recognitions, including, being recognized as a 2020 “40 Under 40” award recipient by the Milwaukee Business Journal; a 2020 “Up and Coming Lawyer” by the Wisconsin Law Journal; a 6th District Difference Maker by the 6th Aldermanic District of the City of Milwaukee; and as a 2023 National Alumni Award recipient by Marquette University Law School.
